With Basil and Pesto
- 150g VeggiHap Carrot Radiatori
-1/4 cup butter divided
- 4 cloves garlic
-Juice from 1 lemon
-Salt & Pepper*
-2 Tbs parsley or basil
-4 tbs nutritional yeast
4 cups water
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant
Add water, pasta, remaining butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper to the skillet.
Bring to a boil and let the pasta cook.
Continue to cook pasta until nearly all water is evaporated and then remove from heat.
Stir in nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and basil.
Serve and enjoy!
