With Bell Pepper & Garlic
- 150g VeggiHap Matooke Cavatappi
- 2 red bell peppers
-1 small red onion
-5 cloves of garlic
-1/2 cup cooking cream
-2 tbs butter
-2 tbs nutritional yeast
-salt & pepper*
-1 teaspoon paprika powder
-red pepper flakes*
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Slice the peppers, onions, and peel the garlic cloves.
Transfer the veggies onto the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and put in the over for 15 min.
Cook the pasta for 5-6 minutes
Add the roasted veggies with all other measured ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the sauce into a skillet and heat over medium heat.
Simmer for about a minute, add the pasta and stir. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve and enjoy!
