Pumpkin Zucca

With brocolli-pea sauce

Ingredients: 

- 150g VeggiHap Pumpkin
Zucca
- 1 head Broccoli
- 100 grams green peas
- 3 green onions
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 jalapeño
- olive oil
- salt and pepper*

*to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add garlic & green onions and sauté until fragrant
Add in boiled broccoli and green peas and season with salt and pepper
Add some broccoli water and simmer for 5 minutes
Blend everything together in a blender
When desired consistency is obtained, pour the sauce back into the pan on low heat
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta for 5-6 min
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with sauce
*keep some pasta water to add if needed
Serve and enjoy!

Notes: To make it creamy add half a cup of cooking cream before blending
